Welcome to Drayton Infant School

We hope this website will provide the information you need to help you find out about our lovely school. Our school is situated in Drayton, which is a beautiful area of Norwich. We currently have 9 classes, split across 3 year groups.

We are a friendly, child-centred community school. We have an emphasis on creativity, learning outside and developing the whole child. Alongside this, we have an attitude that ‘only the best will do’ and we encourage children to challenge themselves and take risks with their learning. Our children are supported by a highly skilled, dedicated team of adults who work diligently to ensure all children reach their full potential.

Drayton Community Infant School academised on December 1st 2017. This means that it is no longer run by the Local Authority. It has joined with five other schools in the community to form a Multi Academy Trust (MAT). We are part of the Inclusive Schools Trust. If you would like to learn more about the Trust, including the governance structure and financial information, please click on the link below.
