Badger Class

Badger Class Spring Term 2014

In Badger Class this term we have been learning, caring and growing together.

Our learning has led us on a journey around the world, finding out about world religions and festivals. We had lots of fun making Diva Lamps, Chinese lanterns and exploring multicultural week, amongst other exciting opportunities. During Multicultural week, Mrs B helped us to make a Pinocchio from the Italian story.

In Science we have been finding out about Electricity and learning about circuits, the dangers of electrical appliances and staying safe. We brought in battery powered toys from home and shared these.

In our Literacy we have studied information writing and found out lots about rainforest animals. We made information books for others to read and enjoy!

In Maths we have been continuing our learning of calculations, problem solving and applying what we have learnt.

We continue to use the iPads and VLE, communicating with our friends about our learning, which is lots of fun!

During book week we thoroughly enjoyed dressing up as a book character and listening to stories from Paul Jackson.

In assembly we have also succeeded in winning the duck for being the best behaved class!

Are we well behaved?!
