The Governing Body
Together with the Headteacher and the leadership team the Governing Body is charged with leading the school, setting the vision and establishing the right culture in which to drive forward improvement to ensure the best life chances are secured for every child.
Choosing the right school for your child is very important.
We believe our school is an excellent choice because we have:
- A committed hardworking staff
- children who work hard and are eager to learn
- co-operative and supportive parents
- an effective Governing Body
- a healthy school. We provide a valuable role model to pupils and their families with regard to food, healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle.
We pride ourselves on being a school that cares; we care about each other, we care about our school and we care about the community we serve.
We have a dedicated team of teachers and support staff who show a genuine interest in children’s welfare.
We set high standards for ourselves and expect high standards from our pupils.
We believe that children achieve higher standards when their parents are actively involved in their learning.
We hope that by choosing to educate your children at Drayton Community Infant School you will work closely with us in making the next three years successful and rewarding ones.
